Artist Carol Saxe paints unique, fresh viewpoints of coastal landscapes, architecture and idyllic dog havens.  For 30 years, Saxe has created representational works depicting dogs inspired by local canines, as well as coastal scenes, architecture and cats. Her style, which she calls interpretive realism, blends light and shadow in abstract patterns, and manmade and natural surfaces in layered, transparent paints.
