New handmade ceramic bowl, with floral motif. This Massachusetts pottery company makes all their pieces by hand, using real wildflowers to press impressions in the clay, and then they hand-paint the markings to look just like the original flowers used. Every piece is one-of-a-kind. Bowl comes with all official Salt Marsh Pottery paperwork, and care instructions. This piece has hanging wire on the back, as it is intended to be decorative.

 

Bottom is stamped "Salt Marsh Pottery Dartmouth, MA" and then additional stamps tell the species of flora used in the piece: "Stargrass" and "Jacob's Ladder"

 

Measures 6 1/2" long x 6" wide x 2" deep.
